JAY Y. McCLURE has been a member of the Georgia Bar since 1975. Mr. McClure graduated from Emory University School of Law with a Juris Doctor degree in 1975. Mr. McClure attended the University of Texas for post graduate work, and graduated from Texas Wesleyan University in 1971 with a B.B.A. degree. Mr. McClure currently serves on the Board of Directors of Benning Construction Company and previously served on the Board of Directors of Community Bank of the South.

MICHAEL P. KORNHEISER has been a member of the Georgia Bar since 1994. Mr. Kornheiser graduated from Emory University School of Law with a Juris Doctor degree in 1994 where he was awarded the American Jurisprudence Award in Contracts and where he served as a Director of the Moot Court Society. Mr. Kornheiser attended the State University of New York at Binghamton where he was awarded a B.S. degree in 1991. He is also a member of the State Bar of Florida and the State Bar of New York. Mr. Kornheiser has been a member of the firm since January, 2000.  He served on the Board of Trustees for The Epstein School from 2010 – 2013 and he currently serves on the Committee for Trustees at The Epstein School. Mr. Kornheiser was named one of Georgia Trend’s 2012 Legal Elite Attorneys.

RON BEN-MOSHE has been a member of the Georgia Bar since 1995. Mr. Ben-Moshe graduated from Georgia State University with a Juris Doctor degree in 1995 and graduated from Georgia State University J. Mack Robinson College of Business with a M.B.A., Real Estate Finance degree in 1999. He graduated from the University of Florida with a B.S. degree in 1992. Mr. Ben-Moshe joined the firm in January, 2004.

TRACEY HARTON POOLE has been a member of the Georgia Bar since 2003. Mrs. Poole graduated from The University of Georgia School of Law with a Juris Doctor degree in 2003 where she served on the Editorial Board of the Georgia Journal of International and Comparative Law. She graduated from The University of Georgia with a B.A. degree in 2000. She joined the firm in September, 2005.

EMILY NOVAK TANENBAUM has been a member of the Georgia Bar since 2005. Mrs. Tanenbaum graduated from DePaul University College of Law with a Juris Doctor degree in 2004 and graduated from DePaul University Charles H. Kellstadt Graduate School of Business with a M.B.A., General Business degree in 2004. Mrs. Tanenbaum graduated from The University of Texas at Austin with a B.A. degree in 2001. She joined the firm in October, 2006.

LISA G. ROWLING has been a member of the Georgia Bar since 1987.  Mrs. Rowling graduated from Georgia State University with a Juris Doctor degree in 1987 and graduated from Emory University School of Law with an L.L.M. in taxation degree in 1990. Mrs. Rowling graduated from Georgia Institute of Technology with a B.I.E degree in 1984. She has been a member of the firm since December, 1986.

KATHIE G. McCLURE has been a member of the Georgia Bar since 1979, specializing in civil commercial and tort litigation. Mrs. McClure was awarded a Juris Doctor degree in 1979 by Emory University School of Law where she served on the Editorial Board of the Emory Law Journal. Mrs. McClure attended University of the South where she was awarded a B.A. degree, magna cum laude, in 1976. Shortly after graduation from law school, she served as an Assistant United States Attorney for the Northern District of Georgia in the civil litigation section. Mrs. McClure serves of counsel to the firm on litigation matters.
