Michael concentrates his practice in the area of general civil litigation with an emphasis on medical malpractice defense and real estate-related disputes. Michael has received an "AV" rating from Martindale-Hubbell, the highest peer-review rating available. Mike has tried jury and non-jury cases in both federal and state courts and has extensive appellate experience, having handled appeals in the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, the Georgia Court of Appeals, and the Supreme Court of Georgia.

Mary Ellen combines a deep knowledge of complex legal issues with an attentive and practical approach to client counseling. She has over a decade of experience in the Atlanta legal industry, and has experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants throughout the litigation process, including jury trials, arbitration hearings, and appeals. Mary Ellen’s litigation practice includes a wide range of general litigation matters, including commercial and business litigation, medical malpractice, premises liability, constitutional torts, and zoning and land use matters.
